You know what to do, you just can’t seem to do it consistently.

You start then stop. You plan then avoid. You tell yourself this time will be different and somehow end up back in the same place.

The brain fog is real. The exhaustion is bone-deep. Your hormones are doing things no one warned you about, your emotions feel like they're running on a hair trigger, and the systems that used to kind of work for you have stopped working altogether.

And lately? It feels harder than ever.

  • The brain fog is real.

  • The exhaustion is bone-deep.

  • Your hormones are doing things no one warned you about

  • Your emotions feel like they're running on a hair trigger and

  • The systems that used to kind of work for you have stopped working altogether.

You're not imagining it. Midlife hits ADHD women differently — and harder.

The hormonal shifts of perimenopause and menopause directly affect the same brain chemicals that ADHD already disrupts.

So if it feels like everything is dysregulated right now — your sleep, your mood, your focus, your body — that's because it is.But here's what's also true: this isn't just about hormones. And it's not about trying harder.

Not because you don't care. Not because you're not capable. Because no one ever taught you how to work with your brain.

Here’s what’s actually going on…

Most approaches to ADHD focus on systems, habits, and strategies — and those things matter. But there's a layer underneath that almost no one talks about.

Your thoughts and beliefs are quietly running the show.

Every action you take (or don't take) is driven by how you feel. And every feeling you have is driven by what you're thinking — most of the time without even realizing it.

“If somewhere deep down you don't believe you're capable of change, no strategy in the world will stick. You'll start, stall, and wonder what's wrong with you.”

Nothing is wrong with you.

But your beliefs are creating your results — and until you can see that, you can't change it.

This is where my coaching is different.

I use the same tool that changed my life, called The Model, to help you do two things:

  1. See exactly what your current thoughts are creating in your life.

  2. Intentionally use that same tool to choose new thoughts and beliefs — ones that actually produce the results you want.

It sounds simple because it is but it’s also extremely effective tool But it works faster than you'd expect, because we're going straight to the root.

You’ll even learn how to coach yourself.

This is how you stop spinning in overwhelm…
and start following through in a way that actually feels sustainable.

Hi, I’m Jody

A life coach with ADHD who coaches other women with ADHD.

And after years of helping women overcome overwhelm, inconsistency, and burnout and navigating it in my own life…

I’ve developed an approach that actually leads to lasting change. An approach that considers the unique brain of an ADHDer and the specific needs of a woman.

This isn’t about trying harder.

It’s about finally understanding what’s been missing
so you can start showing up with more clarity, calm, and consistency.

Learn about causal coaching

My job isn’t to tell you what to believe or what is right for you. I just teach you how to manage your mind and access those truths for yourself. I practice the “causal coaching” philosophy which means we find and solve for the root cause of your problems instead of the symptoms of them. It’s like resetting a broken bone and putting it in a cast versus only treating the pain.

What is faith based coaching?

I specialize in coaching people of faith regardless of where they are in their journey. If you are someone who’s faith has been, or is an integral part of your life, this will be an important component of the coaching process. Your spiritual beliefs shape the way you think about yourself and the world around you. Coaching provides a safe space to explore those thoughts, gain awareness of subconscious beliefs, and obtain a deeper understanding of what is true for you.
