When booking your appointment below, make sure you pick your time zone and answer the intake questions. I’ll review them before we meet.
Step 2
Watch for your confirmation email that will include the Zoom link for our meeting.
Step 3
At the scheduled time of your session, click the Zoom link and we’ll connect. I promise, I’ll take good care of you!

What are the logistics of virtual calls?
All calls are done virtually via Zoom which means you can meet with me from your car, your closet, or in your hotel room while you’re on vacation.
As soon as you book your call, you’ll get an email with the Zoom link for our call. Simply click the link when it’s time for our session.
You’ll also get another reminder email closer to the date of our call.
You can also reschedule your call from these emails.
