An Approach That Actually Works.

You’re not lazy. You’re not broken. And you’re not failing at life.

You’re living with a brain that works differently—especially now, in this stage of life where hormones, responsibilities, mental load, and expectations are all shifting at once.

What used to “kind of work” may no longer work at all. The result?

  • Overwhelm and ruminating thoughts.

  • Starts and stops that drain your confidence.

  • A constant sense that you should be doing better than this.

  • And a quiet frustration that you know what you want… but can’t consistently follow through.

Over time, the natural belief that you adopt is you're what's wrong. You're the problem.

And when you wake up each day believing this, you're defeated and overwhelmed before you're even out of bed.

Day after day, you live your life from the emotions of defeated, incapable, overwhelmed, and anxious. It becomes a default setting. And THAT is painful.

But here’s the truth.

You’re not a problem and you’re not stuck because there’s something wrong with you or because you don’t know enough.

You’re stuck because most advice tells you what to do but not how to get your unique brain, body, and emotions on board so you can actually follow through.

My approach teaches simple, but powerful tools for managing your mind, emotions, nervous system, and body which allows you to take action and create lasting change.

Mindset + Emotions + Nervous System & Body + Action = Real, lasting Transformation

This isn’t just coaching

It’s a process where you:

Learn the tools → Apply them to your real life → Get coached through what isn’t working → Repeat until it clicks.

So instead of just understanding yourself, you actually start showing up differently without forcing rigid routines or relying on motivation.

You’ll even learn how to coach yourself.

This is how you stop spinning in overwhelm…
and start following through in a way that actually feels sustainable.

Hi, I’m Jody

A life coach with ADHD who coaches other women with ADHD.

And after years of helping women overcome overwhelm, inconsistency, and burnout and navigating it in my own life…

I’ve developed an approach that actually leads to lasting change. An approach that considers the unique brain of an ADHDer and the specific needs of a woman.

This isn’t about trying harder.

It’s about finally understanding what’s been missing
so you can start showing up with more clarity, calm, and consistency.

Learn about causal coaching

My job isn’t to tell you what to believe or what is right for you. I just teach you how to manage your mind and access those truths for yourself. I practice the “causal coaching” philosophy which means we find and solve for the root cause of your problems instead of the symptoms of them. It’s like resetting a broken bone and putting it in a cast versus only treating the pain.

What is faith based coaching?

I specialize in coaching people of faith regardless of where they are in their journey. If you are someone who’s faith has been, or is an integral part of your life, this will be an important component of the coaching process. Your spiritual beliefs shape the way you think about yourself and the world around you. Coaching provides a safe space to explore those thoughts, gain awareness of subconscious beliefs, and obtain a deeper understanding of what is true for you.
