I know that making and keeping appointments can be a challenge with ADHD.

But this is special. This is a turning point. Reclaiming your life starts with this phone call.

And the way you feel in my presence matters.

This call allows you to get a sense of my personality, style, and vibe. It also allows me to get a sense of whether I’m the right person to serve you and meet your needs.

What happens on the call?

  • We’ll meet and get to know each other a bit so you can get a feel for whether or not I’m the right coach for you.

  • You’ll ask me any questions you have and share any concerns.

  • I’ll share pricing details and payment options (multiple payment plan and after pay options are available).

  • If you decide to move forward, I’ll help you decide on whether 1:1 coaching or group coaching is best for you.

  • We’ll close with a bit of coaching.

  • You’ll get an email after our call with all the steps on how to move forward.

  • If you decide on the call to move forward, I’ll can help you with those next steps in real time.

What are the logistics of the call?

All calls are done virtually via Zoom which means you can meet with me from your car, your closet, or in your hotel room while you’re on vacation.

  • As soon as you book your call, you’ll get an email with the Zoom link for our call.

  • You’ll also get another reminder email closer to the date of our call.

  • You can also reschedule your call from these emails.

  • If you need to reschedule last minute, you can email me any time at jody@jodylong.com.

How to book your call…

Step 1

When booking your appointment below, make sure you answer the intake questions. I’ll review them before we meet.

Step 2

Watch for your confirmation email that will include the Zoom link for our meeting.

Step 3

At the scheduled time of your session, click the Zoom link and we’ll connect. I promise, I’ll take good care of you!
